I needed to make a birthday card last week for a good friend, Peggy. She happened to see my card from a challenge last month and really liked the stamp and joy-fold. So, I created a card almost like it but using different paper and added a birthday sentiment.
The bouquet of daisies is a digital stamp from Paper Fashions which can be found here. It was printed on white card stock and then printed on Rose Red and patterned paper. The "celebrate" layer has been popped up on the bottom edge only which holds down the flower layer.
The card is made with Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie and White card stock, retired SU! patterned paper. The bee is colored with markers and the wings have been "colored" with a glitter pen.
You can find the measurements for this joy-fold card here as well. This is a fun and easy fold if you haven't tried one.
Thanks for stopping and Happy Birthday, Peggy! Two Paper Divas - Melissa and Gayla
