It has been awhile since we shared a favor or treat idea with you all. You know, we love nuggets and peppermint patties but today we are going to show an easy idea for giving two Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Gather your supplies: card stock or patterned paper, punches, ribbon, stamps, bling, die
We used a Life Style fancy circle die. A large scalloped circle works well, too. We also used card stock and patterned paper both - glued together.
After we glued our two circles together (which you only do if you use two separate pieces), then you need to score. It is hard to give numbers as to where you need to score because it will depend on what circle style and size you choose. The main thing you need to know, is that the inside "base" needs to be approximately 1-1/4" x 2-3/8". This size will hold two of the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Next, you will cut on the score lines as shown below.
You are ready to glue the "box" together. We used Scor-Tape. You don't need much - see below.
Remove the white cover and fold in all the "corner" pieces to form your box. We also put a small piece of Scor-Tape on the bottom to hold our ribbon in place. If you do this before folding up your box it is a little easier.
You are ready to attach your ribbon, decorate your box and your peanut butter cups if you so choose.
We added a punched, layered tag. The tag is decorated with three small punched flowers and we used the same flower to decorate the top of the peanut butter cups.
Tie the ribbon around the box from the sides and attach the tag with jute. These would be very cute for Halloween which will be here before you know it.
Have some fun with this...change the shape and style of your circle and try it for a different holiday or occasion. We actually made ours with fall in mind.
Have a great weekend. Two Paper Divas - Melissa and Gayla

Super cute treat idea! btw, Nuggets, Peppermint Patties, or Reese's Peanut Butter Cups--it's all good!
