A Sweet and Simple Birthday!

This card is from one of the classes at Remember This and uses are ever popular Everyday Sentiments.

The card is vanilla layered on vanilla with a piece of polka dot patterned paper that was punched with a scalloped border punch.

The flower is a Memory Box die, Prim Poppy, and has been cut out in vanilla as well.  The vanilla "Happy Birthday" sentiment was punched with the SU! punch, Decorative Label.  Everything has been sponged and a vanilla button with twine was added.

A Springtime Birthday!

The card below was designed by one of Divas' design team, Carryn.  She made this into a birthday card but what a perfect combo for any occasion.

The grass and butterfly are made with a die cut and a punch.  The flowers are from the Mason Jar Accessories #1 set; the watering can is from the Seed Packet accessories set and of course, the Happy Birthday sentiment is from Everyday Sentiments.

Red gingham ribbon, twine, glitter and Crystal Lacquer add lots of fun embellishment to the card.

Graduation is Here!

It is hard to believe that it is that time of year again - graduation.  

Tracie made this card using our Everyday Sentiments set.  The black layer has been embossed with a larger polka dot embossing folder.  The graduation cap has been embossed with black and she has added some black "dot" embellishments to finish off this card.

Bird on a Limb!

Below is another card from my April card class.  I didn't add a sentiment to this card but it would work for many occasions.

The limb is from the SU! set, Take Care.  Little punched flowers were added with rhinestone centers. The bird is actually a Two Paper Divas set, Seed Packet Accessories #1.  The wing was stamped a second time and popped up.

The card was made with white, Early Espresso, Wisteria Wonder and a very small piece of So Saffron (for the beak) card stock.  The Wisteria layer was embossed with a polka dot folder.  White organza ribbon was added for embellishment.

Three Layer Cake

 How cute is this card Melissa created for a card class.

Of course, this bright fun card is perfect for a birthday but we think it would be beautiful in white or ivory for a wedding card.  

She used punches, a brad, sponging and the Everyday Sentiment from Two Paper Divas.

Remembering Mother

We are sure it won't be shocking to find that the Mother's Day card below was created by Rene, queen of the shabby chic.

We love all the sponging, distressing, ribbon, bling....etc.  The sentiment is the same sentiment that Tracie used on her Mother's Day card last week.  So, whatever your style, remember your mother this weekend.

Happy Mother's Day!

You would never know it is May here in Kansas.  But, whether the weather cooperates or not, Mother's Day is just around the corner.

Tracie shared a card from one of her upcoming classes at Remember This.  She once again used one of our sentiments.

The patterned paper and die cuts create a beautiful Mother's Day card.  We hope you all are having a better spring day than Kansas.

A Simple Gift!

What a great way to use up scraps of paper and who doesn't have bunches of scraps.  This simple package with a small Baker's twine bow ....fun!

You could also create a stack of packages using scrap.  And of course, the sentiment, is from Two Paper Divas' Everyday Sentiment set.

A Fun Fold!

I had class last week and stumbled across this fold on Becky's site.  I was inspired to create my own design for class.

This card was made with Calypso Coral card stock and coordinating patterned paper, Tea for Two.  The flower is from the stamp set, Secret Garden and colored with a stamp pad and blender pen.  The flower was stamped three times and cut apart and each layer was popped up with Dimensionals.

The card is embellished with vanilla seam binding ribbon and the sentiment is punched with the Word Window punch.  Everything was sponged and a fine tip marker was used to create "dots" around the vanilla scallop.

More Everyday Sentiments!

Today we are sharing two more cards that showcase our Everyday Sentiments clear stamp set.  This set has a great variety of sentiments to fit many occasions.

The card below is bright and fun and perfect for spring.  Great patterned paper, dies, punches...what else does this card need!

 

The second card is just as basic and simple and fun - our favorite kind - and uses a different sentiment but from the same set.  Notice, the two sentiments used on this cards could be interchanged easily.  We love ribbon, buttons, dies, etc.
