A Springtime Birthday!

The card below was designed by one of Divas' design team, Carryn.  She made this into a birthday card but what a perfect combo for any occasion.

The grass and butterfly are made with a die cut and a punch.  The flowers are from the Mason Jar Accessories #1 set; the watering can is from the Seed Packet accessories set and of course, the Happy Birthday sentiment is from Everyday Sentiments.

Red gingham ribbon, twine, glitter and Crystal Lacquer add lots of fun embellishment to the card.

Remembering Mother

We are sure it won't be shocking to find that the Mother's Day card below was created by Rene, queen of the shabby chic.

We love all the sponging, distressing, ribbon, bling....etc.  The sentiment is the same sentiment that Tracie used on her Mother's Day card last week.  So, whatever your style, remember your mother this weekend.

Happy Mother's Day!

You would never know it is May here in Kansas.  But, whether the weather cooperates or not, Mother's Day is just around the corner.

Tracie shared a card from one of her upcoming classes at Remember This.  She once again used one of our sentiments.

The patterned paper and die cuts create a beautiful Mother's Day card.  We hope you all are having a better spring day than Kansas.

Cup of Joy!

Teapots, teacups, pretty much any thing coffee or tea is still very popular.  

Carryn stamped the teapot and the tea bag on to patterned paper.   The bottom of the card was embellished with a border punch and the top was trimmed with white eyelet-style lace.  A great thinking-of-you card.  Here is the link for the clear stamps used to make this card.

Bee Happy!

Carryn used the Mason Jar Accessories #1 set on this card below.

The bumble bee and "bee happy" are both from the set.  White card stock, scraps of patterned paper and stamps make this a simple but fun card.  You don't have to use the jar with this set to get good use of these stamps.

Happy Mother's Day!

Mother's Day will be here before we know it.  Carryn designed a Mother's Day card with our best selling clear stamp - the mason jar.

 

Carryn said she stamped three mason jars in grey on patterned paper by Prima and she distressed each image as well.  The flowers were die cut from the same 6x6 paper pack.  Carryn said she got the inspiration for this "concept" on-line.  The sentiment is also a Two Paper Diva's image and she added twine to finish off the card.

It's Your Day!

We shared a vintage cupcake card last Thursday and here is another completely different style of cupcake card created by Carryn.

 Carryn stamped the cupcake and top of the stand on patterned paper.  Notice she used a piece of doiley around the stamp.  The card has been embellished with ribbon and a border punch. The sentiment is from our Everyday Sentiment set.    Below are the details on the birthday clear stamp set.

Vintage Cupcake card

We are so thankful that our design team has been helping us create cards using our clear stamp images.  Rene has once again created this fun vintage-looking birthday card.

She never scimps on all the detail and embellishments - ribbon, die cuts, pearls, patterned paper - oh, my!  Details below for the clear stamp set Rene used.

Large Seed Packet and Banners

Tracie has been playing around with our new large seed packet clear stamp and coordinating banner with sentiments. 

She stamped the seed packet on kraft and used blue for the center which makes a great background for the flowers which are from the Seed Packet Accessories set.  She used the "Happy Birthday" from the Seed Packet banner set but this is such a versatile card, you could use many of the sentiments included in this set.  The card is embellished with three blue buttons along the bottom of this card.

We sized the banner and sentiments to work with this large seed packet image.  Of course, this set will work with other images or just as a sentiment on a card.  Below are all the details on these new clear stamps.

Happy "Heart" Day

How cute is this little "box" treat holder.  Patti, a design team member, made this using the heart stamp from the Mason Jar Accessories #2 set.

She used the Two Tag die from Stampin' Up!  The hearts were stamped in black and colored.  Notice she created her own stripes and polka dotted hearts.  The top is tied together with polka dot ribbon.

It is hard to tell the size of this container but it would hold the small junior sized candy bars...like you give out at Halloween.  Of course, you could fill it with Pixie Stix, licorice sticks or small cello bags of fun candy.
