This is from November 13, 2010 and a really quick and easy project. Fall is coming up but it really doesn't have to been done just for that. It would really but cute for so many things including a S'more Goodie bag ...graham crackers, chocolate bars and some of the new flatter square marshmallows in a cello bag. That is just one other idea besides hot chocolate, sachets, notepads....the ideas are limitless.
Apple Cider "Goodie" Bag & Free Tutorial
Today we want to share with you this quick and easy gift bag!
We have digital bingo cards here for many occasions if you are interested in something similar to what we have created above.
First, score your 12 x 12 piece of card stock or patterned paper(we used Autumn Spice) starting at the left, 3/4", 5-1/2", 6", 6-1/2" and finally at 11-1/4".
Now you are ready to fold you paper on the score lines. First, crease all of your lines really well using a bone folder. Then fold the two sides (this would be the 3/4" score lines) in and glue them down.
Next, fold the shorter side up and glue it down.
There you have it. Quick, simple and cute!! We punched holes in the outside edge and ran ribbon through them for our handles. Embellish the front (and the back if you'd like) and you have a cute double pocket bag just ready to fill!
As we mentioned at the start of this post, this does not have to just be a fall project but we did want to share this old favorite from our MeGa site. It sure brings back lots of memories.
Have a great day and we hope you take some time to make some of these old "throwback" projects!
